Shipping policy

Our products are available for local delivery, will-call pickup, and freight shipments at the expense of the customer. Please see details and terms for the following methods.

Local and Just Beyond Local Delivery

- Our local delivery range is 30 miles from our farm (13620 Old Snohomish Monroe Rd, Snohomish, WA 98290), costs $50, and is available for any quantity. Please note that we may have to assess an additional charge, with your pre-approval, for extremely large orders, difficult delivery locations, or hard to get to locations such as ones that require a ferry.

- Just Beyond Local Delivery covers beyond 30 miles and within 60 miles from our farm. The cost is $150 and is available for orders of 20 bags or more. Please note that we may have to assess additional charges, with your pre-approval, for the conditions listed above.

- We will contact you to schedule your delivery within 48 hours of receiving your order. Most local deliveries can be made within the week. Most Just Beyond Local deliveries will be made in 7-10 days to optimize our driving routes. Please contact us if you are going to run out sooner and we will see what we can do.

 

Will-Call Pickup in Snohomish

- You may pick up your order at our farm in Snohomish to avoid any shipping or delivery fees. Grateful Pine Farm is located at 13620 Old Snohomish Monroe Rd, Snohomish, WA 98290.

- Please note that the farm is at a private residence and is gated and closed to the public at most times. You must have a paid order to arrive for will-call. The product is not available to purchase on-site as a storefront. If you are wishing to view the product ahead of purchasing, you can request a sample which we will gladly send you.

- After placing your order online, you will get a text (usually within 24 hours) that your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be set out with your name on it. Please only collect your paid order and nothing else. The gate will be left unlocked for you on your pickup day. If you can not collect your order within 24-hours, please let us know and we will make accommodations for you.

- When at the farm, please follow all farm rules including no pets, smoking, or firearms. If you need assistance, you can text 425-681-2460 or ask farm staff if you see them. 

 

Shipping in the US

If you are outside our delivery and will-call area, you may request that bedding be shipped to you. We can get an LTL freight quote for you and prepare your bedding for shipment. Please contact us directly for freight quotes so that we can find you the best rate.
