Seven Hills Training Mini-Clinic “Centering Your Horse” | Sunday, October 18th
Monica Meyette of Seven Hills Training is offering a 1-day clinic to help riders center their horse and develop greater balance and connection, both on the ground and in the saddle. Focusing on body awareness, you will develop tools to release tension and re-balance your body, increase communication, and improve balance of both horse and rider, to allow the horse to move more comfortably and fluidly under you.
In this full-day clinic you will develop an ease, lightness and increased relaxation and suppleness in your horse that is beneficial in every discipline. In the morning, you will work on body awareness exercises and ground work, off the horse. In the afternoon, riders will integrate these concepts from the saddle. For more info on Monica visit www.sevenhillstraining.com.
Time: 9:00am-4:00pm (one hour lunch break at noon)
